This quote inspires us to live life to the fullest, to love what we do and enjoy it because that’s the only way you can be successful. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as you are happy. This quote inspired us to do what we love because it will make us happy.
Also this means that whatever you work on, you should like because when you like something you will do it better. Basically you can be happy with what you have even though you are not successful. If you are passionate about what you are doing then you will achieve true happiness.
For example, if your dream was to become a teacher but instead you become a doctor you are not going to be happy with this job because it is not what you really love, you can own a lot of money but that not going to give you truth happiness. When you do something that you enjoy doing and accomplish something time usually goes by faster.
Another example in Happiness is the key to success is when a student is going to college but doesn’t know what major to choose, they have to choose a major in which it will give them happiness and success.
